Cancellation Policy
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. All appointments require a deposit upon time of booking. Appointment is not secure without deposit paid. The amount of the deposit paid at booking will be applied to the remaining total cost of the service at the time of the appointment.
If the appointment is cancelled within the 24 hour window without rescheduling, the card on file will be charged 50% of the total service price.* If the appointment is rescheduled within the 24 hour window, there is no cancellation fee, but a new deposit must be sent to secure a new appointment. Appointments can only be rescheduled with the same deposit if they are cancelled before the 24 hour window. Appointments may only be rescheduled ONCE with the same deposit. A new deposit is required after rescheduling more than once.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS on the day of the appointment will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and a new deposit is required to rebook. If no call/no show happens again, client will be blocked from booking further appointments and the cancellation fee will still be collected.
